I am a complete freak about Chinese food, and crave it all the time! This is a quick and easy recipe that takes your cravings away. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- One bag of fresh mixed vegetables
- Noodles of your choice (I did udon noodles)
Sauce:
- 1/2 C. Soy sauce
- 1 TBS. Honey
- 1 tsp. Ginger and garlic (I like more garlic)
- 1/8 tsp. Chili powder
- 1 TBS Cornstarch
Directions:
- Boil noodles as directed. Add 3 TBS of oil to a pan and pour veggies in and cook covered until soft. While that is cooking mix all the sauce ingredients together and pour over veggies. Let sauce heat up and cover all the veggies. After the veggies are soft, serve in a bowl over noodles and add soy sauce for more flavor.
- If you like more sauce feel free to double recipe. And add cornstarch if you would like it thicker!
