I LOVE avocado’s, and like to make things that are simple and healthy once in a while. I am not a huge health nut, but I do enjoy having a healthy meal during college. The other night I was hungry, but didn’t want something big or full of unhealthy fats. This is a great thing that is quick and easy to make!
- 1 egg
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 slice of bread
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic salt (optional)
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
- Start by putting your bread in the toaster, then you will want to fry your egg in a oiled pan. While those are cooking, cut your avocado in half and scoop it out into a bowl. After the avocado is scooped out, you can add seasonings, and mash up the avocado. Once each of the items are done, you finish the snack by putting the toast on a plate and spreading the mashed up avocado on top. Finally, you top it all off with the egg and you have a delicious and healthy snack!
- (You could also add shredded cheese or hot sauce on top if you would like!)
